Terms of Service

Last updated: October 23, 2026

These terms apply when you download or use BlurGuard. By using BlurGuard you agree to them. Questions: wallacegodfirst@gmail.com.

1. What BlurGuard does

BlurGuard is a Windows desktop app that detects and blurs sensitive information in screenshots, images, videos and YouTube live streams, locally on your PC. Automatic detection is very good but not perfect. Always review your content before you share it; you are responsible for what you share.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google or with your email and a one-time code. Keep your account secure and don’t share it. One plan is for one person.

3. Plans and payment

Plans, prices and limits are listed on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly. Usage limits (weekly units, monthly videos, live hours) apply as described there and in the app. Payment by Cash App is sent to $BlurGuard (https://cash.app/$BlurGuard) with your BG- reference, or by Zelle to Wallacegodfirst@gmail.com with your BlurGuard account email and BG- reference in the memo; your plan is activated once payment is confirmed. Prices may change for future billing periods with notice.

3b. Buying on the website

You can buy a plan on this website while signed in. Send the exact amount by Cash App to $BlurGuard with your BG- reference, or by Zelle to Wallacegodfirst@gmail.com with your account email and BG- reference in the memo, then tap “I’ve paid”. Your plan is not active until Wallace confirms the payment and approves it; nothing unlocks automatically. After approval you receive a one-time unlock code to activate the plan in the BlurGuard app with the same email. If a payment can’t be found, the request is marked not approved with a reason.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can stop renewing at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Refund requests can be sent to wallacegodfirst@gmail.com and are reviewed case by case.

5. YouTube

Live streaming uses YouTube API Services. Your use of YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You are responsible for what you broadcast.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t use BlurGuard to break the law, to hide illegal content, to get around usage limits, or to reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app.

7. Privacy

How we handle data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

8. No warranty

BlurGuard is provided “as is”. We work hard to make detection accurate, but we can’t guarantee every sensitive detail will be found or that the app will be error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, BlurGuard is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for information that was not blurred, and our total liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above when we do; continuing to use BlurGuard means you accept the updated terms.
